Breastfeeding Basics
This class is designed for women who wish to give their baby the best start to life and is best taken during the third trimester. The natural art of breastfeeding is easier when women know what to expect.
Topics Include:
- Benefits of breastfeeding on baby, mom, the enviroment and your wallet. :)
- Things to consider for successful breastfeeding.
- Learn the anatomy of the breast and how your breasts make milk.
- Proper positioning and latch.
- Feeding cues.

This class lasts about three hours and cost $45.
