Nourishing Yourself During Pregnancy



This class was designed for women in early pregnancy or for women trying to conceive, but would be of great value at any point during a woman's pregnancy. Optimal nourishment is a way of loving and caring for yourself that allows you and your baby to reach your fullest potential.

Topics Include:

  • The importance of good nutrition.
  • Daily nutritional needs based on the Brewer Pregnancy Diet.
  • The benefits of herbs during pregnancy.
  • The benefits of exercise and good posture to relieve pregnancy discomforts and improve overall well being.
  • Learn why yoga is an ideal prenatal exercise.
  • Pelvic health exercises to help aid in becoming familiar with your pelvic floor muscles.
  • Relaxation during pregnancy.
  • & More!


What else you can expect:

  • An eating activity with nutritious snacks.
  • Practicing basic yoga postures.
  • A releasing anxiety relaxation exercise.
  • & More!


This class lasts about 2 hours and costs $30.

All classes are done private in-home and are available to anyone within 30 minutes of me. Call or email me to find out about availability.
