This class was designed for women in early pregnancy or for women trying to conceive, but would be of great value at any point during a woman's pregnancy. Optimal nourishment is a way of loving and caring for yourself that allows you and your baby to reach your fullest potential.
Topics Include:

- Daily nutritional needs based on the Brewer Pregnancy Diet.
- The benefits of herbs during pregnancy.
- The benefits of exercise and good posture to relieve pregnancy discomforts and improve overall well being.
- Learn why yoga is an ideal prenatal exercise.
- Pelvic health exercises to help aid in becoming familiar with your pelvic floor muscles.

This class costs $30. Payment in full is required before the scheduled class date. All classes are done private in-home and are available in some of the metro Atlanta area.
